A late Vctorian/early Edwardian shellwork diorama in the shape of a ship's porthole. A shell-encrusted frame surrounds a scene behind glass. The 'view' has been created with a chromolithograph of a fishing boat at sea, with further shells and seaweed in front of it, creating a 3D effect. In good condition.
