A late 19th century carved hardwood armorial crest, possibly for an Earl or a Baronet. Comprising of a crown over a shield panel, flanked by garlands of carved fruit. Possibly originally part of a larger architectural piece or an item of furniture. Later paintwork. A decorative element that could now by used over a doorway or a fireplace.
