A fine watercolour and inkpen portrait of the 2nd Earl of Harrowby, in the manner of Richard Dighton.
The 2nd Earl was born in 1798, and went on to be MP for Tiverton in Devon, later becoming MP for Liverpool. He was part of the second Palmerston Crimean Cabinet. He died in 1882.
Glass cleaned and resealed.
