A large set of American double-sided shop scales made by John Chatillon & Sons, New York. Sturdy industrial quality and powerfully sprung - able to weigh u pto 30lbs. Beautiful late Victorian numberals, printed on board and protected by original float glass. The case is nickel-plated brass, although much of the plating has worn off after years of use. A lovely decorative item of kitchenalia.
