A unique collection of watercolour studies of fruit and vegetables executed over the period of 1952–1958. Some are on paper, some on card, and some have interesting annotations written on the back of them by the artist, such as "beautiful pears, very sweet and juicy. Watch for them in the shops in April. 1958" and "It's a bean I grew in the garden. Like a serpent. A. 1952."
 
Some are signed 'A. T.' next to the paintings. All have slightly differing sizes, so an average size has been given.
