A beautiful Regency pearlware mug for a child. Delicate fine pottery with equally fine printed inscription - 'A Present for Mary Ann'. The handle has possibly been repaired at some time in its history, but crucially there are no cracks or chips to the mug body, which is amazing for a piece that is now 200 years old. A rare survivor.
