An early 20th century wooden gate, with remnants of original green paintwork colour. The top of it is beautifully worn, after years of natural weathering, and of hands opening and closing it. Retains original blacksmith-made iron hinges. Structurally sound so it could be reinstated as a gate, or equally, could be hung on a wall as an unusual and original piece of sculptural art.
