A striking graphic interpretation of a ship deck and harbour by Cornish artist Victor Bramley. His clever focus on linear division, combined with his bold use of colour has created a busy abstract foreground, almost quite pop art in style. This contrasts with the sleepy historic Cornish fisherman's cottages which you get glimpses of in the distance.

Due to the scale of this piece, shipping is by courier only!

Victor Bramley was born in Sheffield but moved to St Ives, Cornwall in 1959 at the age of 25. Having found himself a studio, he began to exhibit with the Penwith Society of Arts. In 1962 he was elected to the St Ives Society of Artists. His contemporaries at that time were Berbara Hepworth, Bernard Leach, and Peter Lanyon, amongst others.
