An early Victorian pine kitchen dresser base sourced from a local Devonshire farmhouse. The proportions of this piece are delightful. Its graduated drawers and centralized cupboard make this an ideal storage cabinet and it would work equally well as a sideboard in a living room. We have thoroughly cleaned it inside and out, but not waxed it. We think that the dry matt finish acquired by the paintwork over the years keeps a more attractive authentic look.
