A lovely glazed earthenware jug with slipware decoration. At some point the spout has been broken and then repaired with lead. This has not only given it a new lease of life, but in our minds additional character and charm. There are some hairline cracks, but it is still sound and watertight. Ideal flower vase, or for decorative display.
